La Ética y la Innovación Tecnológica en el Liderazgo Transformacional Verde
Resumen
El liderazgo transformacional verde emerge como un enfoque fundamental para impulsar la sostenibilidad y el desempeño ambiental en las organizaciones. Este va más allá de la gestión tradicional, buscando inspirar y motivar a los empleados hacia una estrategia, política, cultura y visión compartida de responsabilidad ecológica y desarrollo sostenible. Dada su relevancia y al no existir una sistematización de la literatura del liderazgo transformacional verde con la ética y la innovación tecnológica, se decidió plantear dos preguntas de investigación, relacionadas con estos puntos. Para responder a las mismas, se realizó una revisión de la literatura con la finalidad de identificar lo que se ha escrito el respecto y cuáles son las últimas tendencias. Los hallazgos más significativos con respecto a la ética se han revisado a nivel de comportamientos, prácticas e impactos. Los líderes transformacionales verdes poseen comportamientos, valores y actitudes que fomentan la mejora medioambiental, moldean la orientación estratégica de la organización, la visión, definen la cultura y las políticas de la organización. Las prácticas actuales que se relacionan con el GTL han sido presentadas en esta investigación. Asimismo, los impactos generados que se generan muestran los esfuerzos alcanzados. En cuanto a la innovación tecnológica, los líderes transformacionales verdes capacitan a las personas, las inspiran y estimulan su creatividad para convertirlas en agentes con innovación tecnológica. Esto mejora no solo el desempeño de la organización, sino también de sus empleados y otros actores involucrados, además de desarrollar productos respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Esta investigación es relevante y brinda hallazgos significativos sobre estos temas, limitadamente sistematizados y estudiados a profundidad.
